I have the FANTASTIC good fortune to be in my third year as Deputy Executive Director for the Illinois Principals Association. Prior to my work with IPA supporting school leaders across Illinois, I served as a Technology Director, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent for over 25 years. I have also taught educational technology administration at the university level. I am PASSIONATE about micro-credentials for educators and have shared the history and future of micro-credentials regionally, as well as statewide and nationally! And, I was awarded the ICE TECHNOLOGY EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR in 2004! I consider myself a student of leadership theory and systems change. More importantly, I am an optimist who believes that lives are truly touched, and the future changed, by extraordinary educators.
