Barbara Palomo is a 19 year veteran in the field of elementary education. Barbara’s experience has been focused on working with English Language Learners across different elementary school grade levels through multiple programs of instruction. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Arts in Education from Columbia College Chicago.

Barbara loves the ever changing world of technology. There is always something new to learn and something exciting to bring to her teaching of English Language Learners.
